Begin your wellness journey with a deep dive 90 minute session with me, where we’ll explore where you’re at with your health and put together a personalised plan to support your needs and kickstart your journey into optimal health.

This option is for you if you’re ready to start improving your health straight away without the long term commitment of a 1:1 coaching programme just yet.

Whether you’re struggling with weight gain, fatigue, bloating, brain fog, sleep or hormone imbalances during perimenopause or you’re looking to optimise how you’re fuelling yourself to feel your best. 

You’ll come away from our session feeling empowered to transform your health by receiving all the tools and resources, bespoke to you along with nutrition and lifestyle recommendations so you know exactly where to start.

Here’s how it works:

Once you’ve booked your session, I’ll send you across two forms (a 3 day food diary and an onboarding form) that will help me understand exactly where you’re at and what you’re hoping to achieve from the session. Following our 90 minute consultation, I’ll send you across your tailored coaching plan.
