I’m a certified Women’s Health Coach, Perimenopause Specialist and Speaker.
After the hormonal shock of my postpartum journey with twins, I realised how quickly energy, focus and wellbeing can shift. I went on to study holistic nutrition, women’s hormonal health and psychology, combining science with real-world lifestyle strategies.

Qualifications
With a BSc Psychology, a CNM Diploma in Naturopathic Health Coaching, and full membership of the ANP, I bring a robust foundation in holistic women’s health.

What Inspired Me
In conversations with friends and clients — women leading teams, building businesses, raising families — I was struck by how many felt blindsided by perimenopause.
Despite all their achievements, they were still navigating this transition in silence, unsure where to turn for trustworthy, practical guidance.
My own experience with postpartum hormone shifts showed me how profoundly these changes can affect energy, focus, and emotional stability — and how transformational the right support can be.
That’s why I made it my mission to change the conversation around perimenopause for ambitious women. I combine evidence-based coaching with empathy and real-life understanding, helping you future-proof your hormones and stay in command of your health — no matter what stage you’re in.
